“I am so happy that I decided to be a part of the challenge at Achieve.  I have always struggled with my weight and know that in order for ME to feel good I need to eat healthy and exercise.  In the past year, I have lost sight of how important it is to take time to take care of myself;  I gained 15 pounds, I was eating processed foods all the time, and I was miserable because I felt awful about myself.  When the challenge came up as a suggestion in my facebook news feed, I clicked the link did some reading and thought to myself, “why not?”.  For the first time in 6 years, both my kids are in school,  I am on break from college (having gone back as a mature student in September), and I decided it was my time.
